Enabling the integration

Within the Rello portal, admin users can navigate to "Settings | Integrations" and tap "Enable integration" on the Box & Dice option:

Doing so will load the Box & Dice integrations settings page:

  • You'll need to provide the custom domain you use to access Box & Dice, and an API key from within Box & Dice.

To get the custom domain, load your web browser to access Box & Dice, view the URL ... select and copy the highlighted domain:

  • Now paste this back into the Rello portal.

To get the API key - access Box & Dice, navigate to "Settings | Integrations" and enable the Rello integration:

Once enabled, tap on "Show token":

  • Now paste this back into the Rello portal

You'll need to test the domain and key are correct before proceeding, so tap the button "Test your settings":

Issues with the custom domain

If there's an issue with the domain, you'll see this message:

  • Check the domain you've entered - make sure it doesn't have any additional text beyond the usual ".com" or "com.au"

  • Check there isn't an accidental space or other character in the field, or some other typo

  • If you're still receiving this message after confirming the above points, contact Rello support

Issues with the API key

If there's an issue with your API key, you'll see this message:

  • Check the API key has been correctly copy/pasted to Rello

  • Check the API key belongs to the domain/account you've copied above

  • If you're still receiving this message after confirming the above points, contact Rello support
