Contact Rello's support team for any questions you have about your order:

Please provide the order ID (it looks like "SDS-123-456-789", and is stated in communications to you) and property address in all communications.

Once your allocated conveyancer has made contact, they'll share contact details to communicate while the process is running, and you can communicate directly with them.
