The fees collected for a conveyancing service ordered via Rello are not disbursed to you, regardless of the method of ordering.

For direct orders

  1. The payment request will not appear on your agency account, your only record of the order will be the email notification you receive

  2. Your vendor's payment is received directly to Rello, you won't see these funds or need to process them

For top-ups to an active finance agreement

  1. You'll see the top-up noted on the payment request in the Rello portal, and also a new section detailing ordered conveyancing services, however the payment request raised will not be accessible via your agency account

  2. If your vendor decides to pay up front via card/EFT, the payment will be received directly to Rello, you won't see these funds or need to process them

  3. If your vendor decides to add the conveyancing service fee to their existing agreement, you'll receive notification that the top-up has been processed and the balance of the finance agreement has increased, however the payment will be received directly to Rello, you won't see these funds in your account

For orders added to new VPA payment requests

  1. In the Rello portal you'll see a new section detailing conveyancing services ordered with the VPA request, and the request amount will be increased to include the ordered services

  2. You will receive the funds you originally requested, while the payment for the conveyancing services will be received directly to Rello, you won't see these funds in your account
