If your vendor has an active finance agreement with Rello:
Login to the Rello portal and find the active agreement
Tap the 3 dots on right of screen and select "Order disclosure statement"
Confirm the services required (all other information is automatically derived from the agreement)
Send to your vendor
This action will generate an order for the service and send a top-up payment request to your vendor (providing the option to pay up front via card/EFT, or add to their active finance agreement)
Your vendor will receive an email notification advising an additional funding request has been added to their agreement, and they'll need to login to the Rello vendor portal to proceed - doing so will present them with the details of the conveyancing service order and the payment options available to them
You'll also receive a notification that the order has been created - it will be held until we have received payment, and then will be processed with Nationwide Conveyancing
