Vendors can arrange conveyancing services directly with Rello or Nationwide Conveyancing - to do so, you'll be following a link provided by Rello, or from Rello or Nationwide Conveyancing's websites:

  1. Tap the link provided to load the order page

  2. Add the information requested

    1. Check each field to ensure it's correct, update any fields as necessary

    2. Confirm the services required

  3. Send the order & payment request to yourself

    1. This action will generate an order for the service and send a payment request to your email/mobile, where can choose to pay the fee via card/EFT

    2. The order will be held until we have received payment, and then will be processed with Nationwide Conveyancing

  4. Contact Rello with any follow up questions as required

If you are accessing finance for the conveyancing service via a provider other than Rello:

  1. You can download Rello's invoice to support that process

  2. Ignore the payment request sent to you

  3. Payment details are noted on the invoice - ensure your finance provider uses the references provided in the invoice, otherwise payment reconciliation may be delayed, which will delay the start of work on your order

    1. Ideally, request a remittance advice for any payment to Rello to be sent to [email protected]

  4. Rello and/or Nationwide Conveyancing are not responsible for any delays in starting work due to slow payment processing or reconciliation
