Agencies can order conveyancing services via different channels:

  1. Follow the link your CRM has provided

    1. This is recommended for agencies who don't have a Rello account

    2. Complete the order page and save the notification email you receive

    3. Wait for your vendor to complete the payment and a conveyancer to be allocated to the work

    4. Check out this page for a more detailed breakdown

  2. Order a conveyancing service directly via the Rello portal

    1. This is recommended for agencies who have a Rello account, where marketing costs have already been paid up front (i.e. vendor has no active finance agreement with Rello)

    2. Check out this page for a more detailed breakdown

  3. Add a conveyancing service to an active finance agreement via the Rello portal

    1. This is recommended for agencies who have a Rello account, where vendors have an active finance agreement with Rello

    2. Check out this page for a more detailed breakdown

  4. Include a conveyancing service in a new VPA payment request via the Rello portal

    1. This is recommended for agencies who have a Rello account, on new listings

    2. Check out this page for a more detailed breakdown

What happens after the order is submitted?

Once an order is submitted:

  1. A payment request is generated and sent to your vendor, fees must be paid before a conveyancer will be allocated to the work

  2. Once the fees are paid, Rello processes the order for services with Nationwide Conveyancing, sharing the relevant information via our platform

  3. Nationwide Conveyancing will contact the vendor/agency as required to introduce the allocated conveyancer, seek necessary information and initiate the relevant searches

How long does it take to get the seller disclosure statement back?

The process to generate a seller disclosure statement typically completes within 5 working days, but can take up to 10 days depending on how responsive the local council/authorities are.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, you can cancel an order if it is not yet complete.

To do so, contact Rello as soon as possible to request cancellation, and we'll arrange it with Nationwide Conveyancing.

Note that any fees already incurred cannot be refunded (if this is the case for your order, you'll be notified at the time).

Who do I contact if I have questions?

Contact Rello's support team with any questions:

Please provide the order ID (it looks like "SDS-123-456-789", and is stated in communications to you) and property address in all communications.
