There are a number of services available, depending on your property & needs

All services are currently only available in Queensland, but we'll be expanding the offering into other states in the next few months.

Every Queensland property sold will need the Seller Disclosure Statement, however units/townhouses and similar strata-titled properties also need a Community Title Scheme search.

To make things easier for vendors, Rello & Nationwide can also order the ATO certificate for vendors, taking another stress off of vendors.

Agencies are well versed in the appropriate services required for different property types, and can advise vendors who order direct or simply select the appropriate services when ordering on behalf of a vendor.

Don't worry if you're not sure, the conveyancer allocated to your order will advise you if anything needs to change, and will also advise if any additional searches/costs are required specifically for your property.

Finally, vendors can also access seller conveyancing, either as a stand alone service or packaged with the disclosure statement (and funded via a Rello finance agreement if desired) - when packaged, vendors will save $100 off the standard rate for the conveyancing service.

  • Calculation of Adjustments with searches provided by buyer Including Utilities & Body Corporate

  • One free REIQ contract review per client

  • First extension if required

  • Following up other side for standard conditions

  • Unlimited email & portal support

  • Management of incoming funds

  • Attend settlement on your behalf

  • Resolving pre-settlement inspections

  • Liasing and booking settlement with lenders and calculation of break fees & mortgage payout figures

  • Organising Transfers

  • Rental Adjustments if required for tenanted property

  • YourPorter Services

Does not include settlement fee, additional insurance fees for properties over $1,000,000, building and pest negotiations, additional extensions, WEBVOI, government fees, stakeholder matters, settlements under 30 days, special conditions drafting/reviewing/requests, deeds , searches, out-of-scope works, special condition advice.

Your allocated specialist will advise if/when any of these services are applicable for your property.
