Configuring individual office settings

Rello will sync the offices available within your Box & Dice account, and list them in this interface - you'll need to review and confirm your preferences here to finally enable the integration:

Foundational concept: you can sync one Box & Dice account to many Rello accounts, if this is how your group operates.

Referring to the settings:

  1. Only one Rello account can be toggled to create new payment requests for new/unassigned offices, when multiple Rello accounts are linked to a single Box & Dice account

  2. Check the "sync" box against each office that you want to sync with this Rello account

  3. Leave the "sync" box unchecked for offices that you do not want to sync with this Rello account

  4. An office can only be synced to one Rello account at a time

Once you've decided which offices you want to link to this Rello account (and tapped the "sync" checkbox against each), your default integration settings will be applied and you can proceed to amend these for each individual office as desired.

These settings replicate the default settings, as a reminder:

  • You must select a bank account (verified within Rello when you onboarded) to RECEIVE funds from Rello by default

  • You can optionally set one or multiple email addresses to receive notifications about payment requests by default - if no email address is provided here, no notifications will be sent to you for requests created for this office (we'll continue to email vendors, however)

    • You can toggle an additional setting to send notifications to the Box & Dice user who created the payment request, in addition to or instead of the default

  • You can optionally set one or multiple email addresses to receive remittance advice for each approved payment requests by default - if no email address is provided here, no remittance advice will be sent to you to you for requests created for this office

    • You can toggle an additional setting to send remittance advice to the Box & Dice user who created the payment request, in addition to or instead of the default

  • You must confirm if you want Rello to automatically create "top-up" requests from adjustments to a campaign

  • You can set a default value to use as a reference on bank transfers sent to you from Rello for approved VPA agreements

    • "B&D ledger" will enable Box & Dice to automatically reconcile the payment, if you're using Box & Dice's accounting module to import bank statements

    • "Property address" will use as much of the street address as will fit

  • You can append an indicator to the bank transfer reference to further indicate if the funds received were for a VPA finance agreement (PLTR, for "pay later") or a direct card/EFT payment (PNOW, for "pay now")

    • Useful for quick reference within Box & Dice's accounting module

  • You can set the disbursement of funds from Rello to you to be on the "campaign start date" instead of Rello's default of same/next business day from approval

Tap the "reset to default" link on the left to reset all settings to your defaults, at any time.

If you see an office marked as:

This indicates that another Rello account has already synced with the same Box & Dice account, and has selected those offices to be synced - you can't change this from your current login, and need to contact the other office if a change is necessary.

Once your office settings are finalised, save the configuration to immediately enable your integration and begin your initial data sync.
