Set the date Rello disburses funds from a payment request

Rello typically disburses funds to you (from an approved finance agreement) on the same day of approval or the next business day - you can now edit the disbursement date to be another date in the future.

You can also cancel any request that hasn't yet been disbursed, with no fee incurred to you or your customer (use the existing "cancel request" functionality within the portal).

When creating a payment request

  1. Scroll to the "Disbursement" card, and toggle on the new setting

  2. Select a date in the future - must be within 60 days of "today"

  3. Toggle off the setting to revert to immediate disbursements

After a request has been created or activated

As long as the request has not yet disbursed, you can change the disbursement date multiple times, any time you like.

  1. Locate the request in your dashboard

  2. Tap the 3 dots to view the action menu

  3. Select "Edit disbursement", you'll be presented with the pop-up below

  4. Select a date in the future - must be within 60 days of the date of approval for this request
