We've updated the "Settings" page to make it a bit easier to navigate and more intuitive (details for some of these are covered separately in more detail, as relevant).
Updated the access & permissions settings to better handle integrations separate from human users
Merged a number of duplicated fields/functions into the single "default branding & contact details" section
Updated the template management section
We've also updated the interface for creating requests:
Minor movement on some fields to improve readability & navigation
Displaying the "explainer" content that is shown to customers on the payment page, within the portal for your visibility/preview
We'll be updating this interface further over the coming month, so watch this space
