Merchant statements

You can download a monthly statement for your account, covering all online payments and funding requests, on the 1st of each month (covering the previous month).

The statement will look something like this:

Highlighted points:

  1. The statement period is stated - this will always be a calendar month, so the statement for the current month won't be available for download until the 1st of the next month

    1. Note your account name and unique account ID (M-####-####) are also listed

  2. Product/payment type

    1. "Pay now" payments via card & EFT are separated out in the top table, with text under the header confirming the funds were disbursed to you

    2. Finance requests (both for you and your customers) are separated per finance product, and listed in the tables underneath. The text under the header will change depending on the product - some disburse to you, others to customers, and there can be other information presented

  3. Transaction table

    1. Date = the date we disbursed funds (the date we sent funds may not necessarily be the date funds were received, depending on the receiving bank)

    2. Our ref = the unique reference for the payment/funding request

    3. Your ref = any reference you added when creating the request

    4. Requested = the amount you requested

    5. Your fee = any fee charged to you

    6. Customer fee = any fees charged to your customer

    7. Paid out = the amount we disbursed
