My bank accounts

The bank accounts we've verified for use on your Rello account - for most products, these are the only accounts we'll disburse funds to.

Each account has a unique accountID, this can be used by integrated partners when making API calls to Rello, and also used by you to explicitly confirm an account you're referring to when talking to our support team:

  • You can change the "display name" - this just masks the actual bank account name within our platform (e.g from "ABC Company ATF Some Family Trust Acc" to "Sales North Office Acc")

  • You can set the default email address to use when sending a remittance advice to you, for any disbursements made to this account (this can be overridden per template, otherwise is honoured when PR are created via API)

Finance options

The Rello finance services enabled for use on your account. Some products will offer specific default settings to be applied to any template/PR using this product.

Rello bank details

The virtual bank account assigned to your merchant account - use this to facilitate any repayments to Rello and the platform can easily and automatically reconcile your payments for instant disbursement or completion on PR.

Saved external accounts

If you have products enabled on your account that support disbursement to a bank account other than the verified accounts above ("external disbursement"), this section will appear.

You can create a list of saved bank accounts to be used in request templates and payment requests that use products enabled for external disbursement, including setting a remittance email for each account (so Rello can advise the targeted account holder when a payment has been made).
