Rello adds a flat service fee to the final amount repayable.

The fee is calculated and displayed on the payment page clearly for Vendors to review prior to activating an agreement with Rello.

When the property is sold or withdrawn, or the agreement otherwise triggers a repayment event, the total amount paid to Rello equals the initial request amount plus the service fee.

As a simple example:

  1. Request amount: $5,000

  2. Service fee added: $300

  3. Total due to Rello: $5,300

Other fees

In some circumstances, regulation or policy will require Rello to perform additional data searches using government sources to verify owners of a property, identify beneficial owners of a company that owns a property, and other similar requirements. Relllo will advise you if your agreement will incur these fees, before proceeding.

Ownership Search Fee

Where a property is owned by a company, Rello is required to confirm that the individuals who have signed the listing authority and/or have completed the application to Rello, are directors or authorised representatives of the company.

A Company Ownership Verification Fee of $20.00 is payable by you in this case.

Title Search Fee

Different properties and scenarios will require Rello to perform a title search on your property to confirm ownership details.

A Title and Ownership Search Fee is payable by you in this case, which varies by the state the property is located in:

NSW

$25.00

VIC

$25.00

QLD

$30.00

SA

$60.00

ACT

$60.00

TAS

$50.00

WA

$50.00

Other fees

Vendors may be liable for additional fees in the event of a failure to complete the agreement per the T&Cs, or if payments via direct debit are dishonoured - check the T&Cs for specific agreements to confirm.
