How are the fees charged?

Rello adds a flat service fee to the final amount repayable.

The fee is calculated and displayed on the payment page clearly for Vendors to review prior to activating an agreement with Rello.

When the property is sold or withdrawn, or the agreement otherwise triggers a repayment event, the total amount paid to Rello equals the initial request amount plus the service fee.

Rello charges an establishment fee of $30 per approved contract.

If any other fees are applicable to your circumstance, Relllo will advise you before proceeding. Check your contract for details on such fees.
