If for any reason a vendor decides to withdraw the property from sale, any costs Rello has funded via payment to the agent must be paid to Rello immediately, including the service fee charged on the agreement.

If the agent advises Rello a property has been withdrawn, Rello will communicate with the vendor to confirm and update a payment date on the agreement to enact an auto-debit on the vendor's card or bank account.

If the vendor is not able to repay the agreement in full, contact Rello to arrange a payment plan or discuss alternative options.
